Litigation Section Meeting: Drafting Discovery Requests and Using Quick Parts to Save Discovery...

Drafting Discovery Requests and Using Quick Parts to Save Discovery Objections
Drafting discovery is one of the key tasks that a litigation paralegal is assigned to do. Most firms have templates and form definitions and instructions that they use but we will discuss how to draft interrogatories using the Complaint as inspiration.  We will also learn how to use Quick Parts in Word to insert repeatable text, like the same discovery objections when you are responding to interrogatories and requests for production.
