On October 29, the Illinois Paralegal Association celebrated Paralegal Day in Chicago, an evening recognizing the contributions of paralegals across Illinois. Governor J.B. Pritzker’s proclamation officially marked the occasion, honoring the profession’s ongoing impact in the legal community.
Earlier that day, the IPA hosted its 2025 Fall Education Conference, featuring informative sessions covering topics like cybersecurity, AI in legal practice, and trust and estate planning. Attendees gained valuable insights into the evolving role of paralegals in a fast-changing legal world.
The celebration continued that evening at 90th Meridian Kitchen & Bar, where members gathered for networking, conversation, and camaraderie.
Thank you to all who joined us and to the volunteers, presenters, and sponsors who made the day possible. Events like these highlight the professionalism, adaptability, and collaboration that define the Illinois paralegal community.
We look forward to continuing the momentum into the year ahead. Here’s to another successful Paralegal Day!
