Registration Information: Mailed registration forms must be postmarked on or before November 8, 2019 to avoid paying the Late Registration rate. Beginning November 9, 2019, Late Registration rates apply. Registration fee includes attendance, electronic handout materials, and breaks. Lunch is included for those registrants attending a full day of seminars
Cancellations and Substitutions: A full refund is available upon receipt of written request received by November 8, 2019. Substitution of registrants is permitted.
