Cyber threats are one of the most serious challenges facing businesses today. Aaron Charfoos will be discussing challenges related to cybersecurity, privacy, and data protection, and practical implications of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Aaron Charfoos is an accomplished privacy and data protection trial lawyer focusing on incident response, privacy litigation, and European data privacy compliance (General Data Protection Regulation [GDPR] and cross-border data transfers).
